Brief

British Airways is a longtime leader in business and transatlantic travel. When the company last rebranded in 1997, the system
it launched abandoned much of the Britishness that had characterized the airline. Recent reviews have called British Airway’s branding outdated, so now is the perfect opportunity
to refresh the look of the airline and push the airline’s design forward into the next century.

Background

My objective for the brand redesign was to evoke the company’s heritage and realign the brand’s image back to being unapologetically British. The color palette uses colors inspired
by past iterations of the company’s branding, as well as others characteristic of England. The typefaces chosen for the project
are all done by English designers or inspired by British typefaces.
